The Yamuna river’s rising flood levels are currently posing a serious problem for Delhi. This surge has caused flooding and waterlogging in several regions, which is problematic for the city and its citizens.
The Yamuna river, which serves as Delhi’s lifeline, has recently seen a marked rise in water levels. With the water level at 208.63 meters right now, the city is in grave danger. because of the considerable waterlogging caused by this rise in low-lying areas, it is difficult for local peoples to go about their daily lives and commute.
